Come up with a plan for a referral program to discuss for 5–10 minutes during the interview. Spend no more than 30 minutes on it. Can be in presentation format.

Prompt 2 — Walk through OTO Required

Record a 2–3 minute Loom (or any video) of yourself screen-sharing as you go to oto.house and sign up for an account. Explain what you think OTO does, what you like, what you'd improve, and what you'd change about the sign-up process.
